My IFB Washing Machine had some Drum problem and this people came for the repair. Rs.6500 I have paid them totally for the repair. They have taken my Washing Machine on 21/07/2015 and they have repaired and came back on First week of August. It is out of warranty and after the repair it was working fine. They took lot of time for repair and also Washing Machine worked only for Three times after that again it stopped working. I felt that they have cheated me. Please be aware of this business.

We got service of our washing machine from this dealer. They billed around Rs1700. But still we facing the same issue sometimes. Overall it was an average services.
