i called the to ask about streaking. Usually salons don't give away rates on the phone, frankly i don't understand why but okay. so some woman picks up the phone, she tells me the rates with me even asking as such and then when i come to the basic question about whether or not i needed to bleach my hair to color, she says i should come and talk about it. the worst thing was, she hangs up on me randomly. very unprofessional and lack of basic courtesy. very very uncool.
