I have hired the contractor for construction of my house.He could not finish the work within stipulated time of 3 months.He started the work on 1st may and he was supposed to complete the work before 31st July as per the agreement on court fee paper signed by him. Now it is January 2018. He has taken 90% of the amount and he is not completing the work and telling that I have become bankrupt. I am planning to proceed legally by registering a case under section 420 of IPC. He is a liar ,cheater and fraudster. I request you all not to give any contract for repair and renovation or construction work. Save your hard earned money. Now the decision is up to you. My experience with him is very horrible and worst. I have never come across of such a person in my life. DEVRANJAN Branch Manager SBI
