This is for Secunderbad branch (opp paradise restaurant). Shop maintenance was bad, no AC. choice of frames is good, but customer service is very bad. we bought a Rs 14,000 puma unbreakable frame, 6 yr replacement warranty (so we were told by representative). they got accidentally broken with-in 4 months (my 10 month old baby pulled it while wearing, one leg stuck to the ear and it broke). the store manager P. Bhramanadam, don't even know how to talk/respect a women behaved very rudely with my wife (she was already dealing with a 10 month old small kid) and even went to the extent of calling her cheap and broke her own frame so she can get free stuff (Those were his exact words).
