Worst experience Please read this completely it will surely prevent ur trip from getting Spoilt. Me and my family planned for a trip to kerala and did all the bookings of the complete trip through orchidholidays. We had 5 stops,first at Kochi,Munnar,then Thekkady,Alleppy and last was Trivandrum. We faced problems at every halt which I'll explain in detail so that other people won't fall in trap of orchidholidays. 1) Firstly, the orchid people gave false commitments on each and every step.We did all the payments one month ago as requested by orchid to ensure that we get all the bookings. At Munnar, they gave us Hotel DREAM CATCHER and said that the hotel in extremely close to Munnar showing 17km on map.But in actual it was 1.5 hrs away from Munnar in remote area. 2) In Thekkady,we were supposed to be given 2 rooms side by side so that me and my dad could sleep in 1 and my sister and mother in other and we had reminded orchid people that we strictly want both rooms besides each other.
