Ostando Services Ghorpadi Pune

Only one single service was done in my 2bhk flat for cleaning the rooms,terrace and toilets by Ostando Services and they had did a good service,they were professional in their work,they charged me approx Rs2500,it was a nice service.

They provide just average service not at all professional. My wife supervised and got all things cleaned, out of the 3 persons only one was trained and dedicated other were just filling up. They came without a broom and had jus miminal equipment.MY FABER STEEL CHIMNEY WAS SCRATCHED WITH SCOTBRIGHT -. On complaining the owner did not take any responsibility.At the end of the day they were in a hurry to windup and rush home, not willing to even fill garbage into bags and then were demanding complete payment and additional tip. When payment was turned down, owner was more interested in getting the money than understanding what the problem was. Second day I had to demand one more person to get the unfinised cleaning done (dust in all corners, half cleaned windows, half cleaned toilets, their charges are much higher -other quote in the range of 1.75 to Rs 2 per sq feet
