Very bad experience.sorry to say thay i purchased a mobile from oxygen shop.problem for the mobile occurs on the very first day. They didnt replace the mobile yet. This is my personal experience and never buy any products from oxygen digital shop.

I called six lusted mobile numbers of Oxygen Shops. No answer. What sought of a Customer Care Service does Oxygen have? Nobody to answer even telephone calls. Really pathetic and disgusting.

Very very very bad service, arrogant nature. Will not provide the correct information. Without checking the problems simply they write product is good condition. I gave my laptop on 15 may 2017, Yeasterday they returned my laptop. When I was checking laptop was not condition. I never buy anything from oxygen digital shop Pattom. I will not recommend for others. I am giving 0 rating. They think that customers are their servant, they will not give preference for customer satisfaction

Very bad customer service and arrogant nature from the device people. Even if we pay full payment also they don't value our money.i advice not to buy any products from them oxygen Patton showroom.
