Some thing is going on here. I applied for Jamie loan about five years ago which was given to me at floating 11.6 % . I have been paying all the instalments on a regular basis. Recently my friend told me that the rate has dried to bout 2.5%, about two years ago. I got in contact with bank asking why I was not informed about the reduced bank rate? Why am I still paying increased rate and if they are going to back date my reduced rate? I only get generic e mail from customer service representative. He never answers my audition and advise me to read loan terms and condition. He also informed me that their company changes the interest rate only with the consent of the customers. I asked him if they will take my consent in case the interest rate increased. Would they not increase my interest rate if I did not give my consent. I have tried to call on their telephone number given on their web insite, they do not seem to work. If somebody from the bank is reading these messages, ....

very bad service. i was apply for topup loan on 21st Sept till date i don't have any updated and they deduct processing fee also on 6 Oct 2017. Regards Parul Gaur

I took a home loan with PNB Housing and was eagerly waiting for it to get approved and get the money as soon as possible so that I could live my dream of owning a house. I thought it will take at least a month for the loan to get approved but within 10 days I got my money and the customer service they provided me along with the loan was wonderful. It was a really good experience.
