The people here have so much Ego, especially the lady which sits on the phone, they have a very vague attitude towards the customers and are always in a frustrated mood and dont even know how to talk to customers. On asking them about laptop which i had left with them for repair (under warranty, had just been 2 months since i bought it) at first they said that they had called me only once all this while and that it didnt connect, which was clearly a lie and was pretty relevant on the sales guys face, and they themselves have communication barrier, the lady on the phone doesnt even know anything so why is she sitting as a representative. being frustrated, i politely asked for my laptop back in whatever condition it was. On this the sales guy reacted so fiercely by literally throwing My "delivery" document which was given to me when i had left my laptop, on his desk and walked out immediately. i was shocked to see such behaviour, he was acting as if he was doing some kind of a favour.
