Bus was been breakdown on highway and all passengers were waiting for other bus but it took 7 hours to call other bus, no proper communication with passenger and staff . don't even go on this company bus.

As I wanted to travel Mumbai I booked tickets through this agency. They provided a good service and also charged an economical amount for the tickets. The journey was comfortable and I reached my destination on time. I am satisfied with their service.
