HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Throw your clothes away rather than giving them to these people. They have absolutely no sense is customer service. They don't even know the friend between dry cleaning and machine wash. I ruined my 3kurtas (1800/-) each because of these douchbags. I had given them three kurta, two shorts and two pants, a bedsheet for DRY CLEANING. I received my clothes machine washed and not even ironed properly!!!!!!!! These were the clothes I would never even wash with hands, washing them in a machine was a nightmare! How could they fool customers by charging them 140/-per kurta just for dumping it in the Washing Machine!! Absolutely Ridiculous. I am shivering with anger (you will understand if that happens to your favorite kurta). What's the point of after shelling 834/- I had to iron each one of my ruined clothes? It pains me to see the crumpled backs and sleeves, they are clear marks that they have been machine washed! They also changed my delivery timing without informing

WORST service ..never ever choose it .they can destroy ur clothes up to any extent.destroy my clothes worth 20 k .given for dry cleaning they washed it and above all did not pay heeds to my requests to do something to cure my clothes.totally irresponsible behaviour.They give ur blankets and quilts w/out dry cleaning just by spraying some perfume on them. BEWARE by this 4 th grade company

I got my jacket after dry cleaning with 5 cutmarks delivery after 8 days. My 4200 rs jacket is distroyd now. O will go to consumer Court I will not sit quietly. Totally useless service.

?BAD DRYCLEANING , PAYMENT SCAM.It was the first time i used their services after reading good reviews online. Had given my carpet for drycleaning. Had to firstly battle to get the delivery on time. There is no one person who takes your call, and whoever does, does not know anything and would always say will call back n never do.Told them 4 days ahead but till last day it was a fight and finally it got delivered at 8.pm after repeated calls. Then when i opened the carpet it was as dirty as ever. No stain removal, nothing. Pictures attached. The guys had taken the payment n left by then. Then I called and mailed the pictures and no one bothered replying. But since I felt cheated I kept calling n mailing. Then I noticed on the aap that? I had paid a sum of Rs.1755/- but it showed Rs.1165/-. So another scam . A manager did call n say that he will correct the amount and get carpet checked but no one did. I have attched the pictures of both the bills. Thats the kind of team they have who cheat within..so ofcourse why will they not cheat the clients. Called them yesterday also n they are still supposed to call me back.
