Future Employees please BEWARE; do not make mistake of joining this Institution. Very Vague and unrealistic HR policies. And their fake sympathies. NOT Required to independent individual. Do not Make Mistake of joining such an institution Below are some HR policies which never communicated during interview and enforced after few days of Joining. 1. Security deposit of Rs.3000 2. If you are late for a minute also, 1.5 days salary is deducted 3. For any leave, be a casual or sick leave 1.5 days salary is deducted. 4. Be an informed or uninformed leave, 1.5 days salary deducted straight away. 5. They make sure to hire you for lower salaries and later as per their wish they deduct salaries as per their threshold. 6. Very much vague policies. No labor law rules followed here. 7. If you have taken leave on Saturday or Monday or before public holiday; they deduct money for Sunday or public holiday as well. Example ? Scenario 1 ? Saturday ? 1.5 days and Sunday-1 day = 2.5 days salary
