This is very response from the service center, No resolution till today waiting for the device worse service by the Sony and Pranank electronics I don't want to recommend anyone, I have escalated this particular issue to the area incharge Sujit but no use I asked for the upgrade as well but still no reply from him finally I lost my hope and trust on Brand Sony. I thought my mail will reach the higher officials regarding useless support, I personally travelled 10 kms in heavy rain for the support in this worse covid situation but I'm hopeless. I find only the way to through it garbage or dismantle, same problem same service center same response and again there are demanding travelling charges for the delivery, what about the wait time and issue raised in March 29th. What about the delay of service, I will raise voice towards social networking sites and even press as well

Through this authorized service center, i have exchanged my Sony EX52 LED TV of 40.inch. They given New model of 700c , extra i paid Rs.21000 to this folks. I am satisfied with the service.
