Firstly contact numbers available on google are incorrect. Somehow if you get their number then they dont want to work. Heights of irresponsibility as they dont even bother to take calls. I dont understand why even after so many negative reviews such agencies continue to get maintenance contracts of any area when they dont want to work

They don't want to work ..they want money free of cost n will work for that person who give money in their pockets...n they r blind n deaf.the govt should take action on them.

i wish their was an option of zero star or -star.i would have given to profac and specially their head MISHRA. one of the most illiterate,fraud person i have met in my life.we r resident of sushant Lok I since 26yrs.giving regular maintenance (2500+/quarter). since 5 yrs.we don't even stay their.i just come their to take my classes thrice a week.still giving all dues of pro fac.in return,i just request them to get our outer drain cleaned & trees to b cut(which is part of their duty). After every 2-3 months only i request them to do so.U won't believe,inspite of my 100-150calls,they don't do the job & infact laugh & make fun & sarcastically talk( ho jayega ji.kya aap ghari ghari call karte ho). the outer drain is smelling & stinking.Now after getting sick & tired of their false commitments & lie,when I wrote a harsh message to mishraji of profac,he was yelling & misbehaving with me on our telephonic conversation.we keep addressing him Sir,so he thinks he is our boss.ANAMICA

Terrible company. No one answers phone. Inflated bills. Nil custom are care

worst,pathetic.Worst service . If there is any law , these people should be jailed and their company should be sealed. What a pathetic company. If you dont belive,pl visit sushant lok - 1.It comes under their facility management. Their ae broken roads,big holes,no street light,almost no security, no cleaning. Why the hell anyone should pay them for maintenance.
