Directly we contacted to this service as there was a picture problem in my TV. One engineer came to my place and he completed his work in half an hour. It has been completed on the same day itself. I paid Rs.650 for the job.

There was a heating problem in my microwave oven and I contacted to this service center. They have taken two days for the repairing and they quoted nominal amount for the same. Now its working good and I am pleased with their job.

There was display problem in our Samsung TV . The technician from this service center visited my place and diagnosed problem .The work has been completed on the same day . They provided a satisfactory service.<br/>

Our Samsung microwave oven was not working so I raised a request with this service center people to visit my place and do needful. According to my request the technician visited my place and diagnosed the problem. Due to unavailability of parts he took 2 days to sort out the issue and I paid him Rs.2000 totally. Now my oven is working in good condition and I am happy to deal with these people.<br/>

As I shifted my house to another location, I wanted to reinstall my Samsung AC. So, I approached this authorized dealer for the service. Their behavior was good and installation was done perfectly by them. Overall I appreciate with their genuine work and response.
