Had very bad experience of tour package with this operator. A lot of facilities confirmed during package booking was not met during the trip. They assigned a tour manager who was more interested in filling his own pocket rather than managing the tour and adressing the concerns. The entire trip had lack of planning and coordination. Quality of food provided was ordinary at the starting and was improved after several complains. Accomodation rooms were small and conjusted. Overall a it was a very badly planned and organized tour.
