Ramya Habitat Whitefield Bangalore

I like Ramya Habitat apartment because of the location and more ever it is very small unit ,so association will be small.Me and my wife has visit to Ramya habitat ,we feel good about this project as far as construction works and thr floor plan.But unable to buy bcoz it is crossing our budget.We are only looking for 3BHK and price was 3700/sq ft yeah negotiable but still it was crossing our budget.But i love that project and location.From that apartment market is 100 mt distance so vehicle sound and once you comes out from building so much opn spaces ffr children and near to that apartment no apartment wud come in near future bcoz that was the last. Owner Mr Srinavas also helped to buy 2bhk which comes under our budget but for future purpose we need only 3bhk.But i am love with this project and location.My bad luck.
