In 2006, with stability, growth and expansion very much an integral part of the corporate agenda, the partnership firm in a strategic decision was converted into Relcon Infraprojects Private Limited. In a step forward in July 2010 the constituted Private Limited Company, changed its status to a Public Limited Company i.e. Relcon Infraprojects Limited. Today, the core management of RELCON rests with key personnel who were earlier a part of Relcon Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. All assets and human resources are vested in the new entity and are now a part of the RELCON family.
