Prompt work from them. For my Water purifier repair & services on General service. I contacted these Rising Appliances, Garia service provider. I get immediate calls from them. They send a technician and they solved the issues. They collected the repair charge was its very nominal to me and I paid 200 for this service. I am fully satisfied with their service.

I had contacted this Rising appliance, Garia.kolkata. For my Aquaguard water purifier repair, due to filter changing. They responded very quickly, a person came on time and check the water purifier and changing the 2 filters. Now the water purifier is working fine. They told each filter cost Rs700 with service charge Rs300. Overall I paid Rs1700 for this repair& service, they told one warranty, but they have not mentioned company brand and suitable details about the filter on the invoice. Overall it's average service.

We got the water purifier repair and services through this service vendor Rising Appliances, I preferred to change the water Filter, Now the vendor replaced the Filter, His service was good, They charged me around 1100 for this service, I am using Eureka Forbes Brand only, Now my purifier issue was resolved, I am satisfied with his service.

Had some problem with my Kent Water Purifier, So I contacted this service center, They found the issue and done the general service now it's working in good condition, they charged me 300 for the service. Totally I am happy and satisfied with their service.

Communicated with Rising Appliances, Garia for Water purifier repair he came and repaired my water purifier. But he charged me very high, he took extra charges for the tap and pipe of Rs 450 that I felt was too much. Totally I paid Rs 850. overall I am not satisfied with their service.
