It was a very bad service done by 'Ritika Repairing Center'. I called them for repairing my washing machine in which noise was coming during drum rotating while washing clothes. The technician who came to the service was very unprofessional. They took the drum to the service center and it took 3 days to complete the work. First, they said there was baring problem and said need to change after they open the drum and said need to change. But after doing all this, still problem not resolved. When I use the washing machine it fully shakes with lots of noise. I paid them Rs 8000 for the service which is worthless and I am totally disappointed with them.
