I have book flat in Saarrthi Group ShimmerNShine in November 2011 <br/><br/>Saarrthi At that time given the date of possession at MAY 2014 but but now it's June 2015. I till not got the possession of my flat. <br/><br/>Many amenity promise in broucher and agreement are not provided. <br/><br/>Last month I have issued a Legal Notice to give possession and provide all amenity given in Broacher and agreement. <br/><br/>But no response from them.
