Refrigerator (Fridge) Repair

Timer in my BPL refrigerator has to be replaced, I contacted this service center executive to visit my home. The technician visited my place and replaced the timer.He charged me Rs.1800. The work was completed on the same-day. While servicing itself the technician promised if the problem still continues I can call him, recently the lower unit of the timer was not working I called him for repairing he didn't pick up my call. There was no proper response from him. I am not satisfied with his work.
