'bSafal' (Safal Constructions Pvt Ltd) took shape in 1995 in Ahmedabad solely as a result of one man's dream and passion. It was founded by Mr. Rajesh Brahmbhatt, a Civil Engineer by qualification, with an ardent intention and a youthful zeal to create residential and commercial spaces that exceeded consumer's aspirations. Mr. Rajesh Brahmbhatt's relentless emphasis on excellence has resulted in many landmark residential and commercial projects which have been immensely successful – Safal Parivesh, Safal Profitaire and Safal Vihaan – to name a few. This passion for excellence and work ethic is shared by Mr. Rupesh Brahmbhatt, younger brother of Mr. Rajesh Brahmbhatt, who joined him in 1998. He heads bSafal's engineering team along with legal affairs and purchase. Together, they form an ideal leadership to mentor bSafal towards newer heights.
