We got waterproofing and painting work done by Sai Leela Contractors for Entire 2 Storey building so you could imagine the business he got: 1. While Quoting Baba said 5 days and it took them about 15 days to complete the work. 2. The building color had mismatch he promised he will fix it however nothing has been done till date. 3. 30 Days after waterproofing work done we have leakages from the bathroom and Baba confirmed that there is problem and will fix it. nothing was done. 4. The building walls that were finalized to be colored were told that this was not part of the deal. I had to push and escalate all the time to get the work done. 5. Followed-up with Baba multiple times for bathroom leakages and wall leakages after work was done however he promised about coming to visit and never turned up. As I was coordinating efforts the building people are asking me to shell out money and get work done. Pathetic customer service. Please do not give any work to Sai Leela Contractors.
