Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the product and service provided. I bought a sofa cum bed and found that the bedding attached on the sofa cum bed is covered only from top and is nailed to bed over the borders. Also the foam used to make the bedding is made of wastage foams sticked together. When noticed we informed the same to the showroom staff. Instead of accepting the mistake and getting it repaired,SAMRAT wants money to get the repairing done. Just be aware when buying the furniture from SAMRAT.
