It was my wedding celebration and I certainly wanted to wear a classic jodhpuri suit for my reception, I searched and looked for many options online as well and going to stores in person. My search ended when I found this Samyakk's website. They have one of the best varieties of all ethnic wear. With their wide variety of jodhpuri suits, I found the exact piece that I was looking for. The suit fit me perfectly and also got the package on time as promised. They definitely have a great customer service. My happiness had no boundaries when I got compliments from everyone on my D-day, will definitely recommend this place to everyone for all Indian ethnic wear.

Purchasing sarees from this store was one of the absolute worst customer service experiences I have ever had in India, or elsewhere for that matter. Throughout, the sales people were aggressive and domineering, and after purchasing they offered a "complimentary service" to attach fall and pallu. The workmanship when I received my sarees back was horrendous -- they ruined beautiful pieces I spent good money on. I called to ask about the ruined sarees and the salesmen refused to answer my calls, were evasive, and even lied about the quality of the work they had done. When I returned to point out the issues with the pieces I had received, they denied any wrongdoing and were extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to refund my piece or even admit they'd made a mistake. Do NOT go here. You'll have a bad experience. You can get higher quality wares at a better prices and with much better service elsewhere. I recommend Mysore Saree Udhyog or Deepam.
