We bought a pedestal fan at this shop for Rs 7000(Almanaro). it was delivered late in the night. when we opened the box in the morning next day, we found that , it is defective one. immediately we went to the store to ask and get the replacement/ to return it. They asked us to bring the fan. then we took a vehicle and brought the fan to the store. upon seeing it, they are telling us that,we caused the damage and their behavior was very rude. Mainly store manager and Guy named Raja in electronic section. we have tried to explain the problem, they are not even listen to it and telling we don't care. if needed , you can check with product company. Please avoid buying any product in this store.
