Hi, I'm Dinesh kumar yoga teacher from perambur, Chennai. I finished M.Sc in Yoga and for the past five years taking yoga classes. The online yoga class consists of Asanas, Pranayama, Dhyana, yoga philosophy and yoga nidra. Morning and Evening batches available from Monday to Friday. Can attend one week free demo class and it will be conducted through google meet. No fixed fees collection for the practice, can take the classes for free or if you are interested, can pay the fees like Guru Dhatchanai. English and Tamil are the languages used during class hours.
