Sir, I purchased a water dispenser from an authorised dealer and faced an issue in the tap 1 week before the the warranty expires and I made a complaint to the customer care. A representative came and said that the tap will be changed which is under warranty I need not pay anything for it but he will be back after 3 days with the tap as the tap has to be ordered from the company. Then my complaint was automatically completed without the new tap being installed and I made 3 further complaints and same thing was repeated every time.
