Horrible service by Sharma Tours and Travels. Booked a tour with 8 days car rental to Darjeeling and Gangtok. They do not have their own cabs and provide cabs from local taxi stand. Luckily all the drivers we had were good but the tour sales person - Rinchen... Please stay away from him. He is pathetic person with no sense of business and conducting such tours. All money they take before starting the tour. He does not stick to his words and just loot money. We had balance amount of only 4000 left having paid the entire amount of 28K, that too of Nathu La permit, and were going to pay him at the end of the tour, he called the driver and asked to stop the car and not to move until we pay him. Is this the behaviour which we tourist deserve? We come from different parts of the country and are treated in such way. Haven't seen such man -Rinchen or likr Sharma Travels in my entire life having travelled almost entire India till Ladakh. Just a suggestion people.. Don't go for this travels.

Horrible Experience! Stay Away From This Operator! Their sales team is fraudulent and misleading. 1. Hotel pickup: upon arrival stated that big cars are not allowed in city so did not pickup from hotel. The sales staff, Afsana, we were in contact with till the last day resigned the day we landed! 2. Confirmed that the places suggested by them will be open; we understand that these people cant control nature, but then they must charge for the services provided. Driver picked us up at 7am in Lachen and informed that Gurudongmar is closed, drove for only 9-10kms and left us back in the hotel around 9:30am! Then left. Lachen is a small village with no tourist attraction and we were left on our own to do nothing. Same thing happened in Lachung. There was no alternative provided, full amount of money taken. 3.
