Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

Most irresponsible customer service ever. I have requested for repair on 16/Nov/23 and they have been giving part not available excuse for more than 2 Weeks. Do not fall for this agency you will regret.

Worst service and rude staff. They make fool out of their customers and have the audacity of abusing people while not giving them the repair services. It's better to buy new appliance rather than taking AMC service from Shree Vijay enterprise

Their AMC is a scam. They take advance money for washing machine annual maintenance and then keep telling lies about spare part availability. Very very rude behaviour by staff. No one should ever give them money in advance.

BEWARE OF FRAUD IN NAME OF AMC They took money in advance for IFB annual maintenance contract. Now they are telling lies about availability of part. Very rude staff. After taking money the part is not replaced since more than 3 months and they keep telling lies. No one should ever give them money in advance.

A response was good from this Shree Vijaya Enterprises, LIG Colony, Indore. I contacted this them my IFB washing machine for general servicing. Attended by a technician and gave good service. Good work was done by the service technician. I paid Rs.300 for that general service, now my Washing machine working good condition, Overall I'm satisfied with their service and response.
