I've purchased a Duplex in Sheetal Mega city colony Mandideep and after one year i can say that i'd taken a wrong decision. Construction quality of very poor. No proper arrangment of water supply. There is no cleaning on roads. Promised substation not built till yet. No Sewage treatment plant till yet. They have taken a full maintenance charge but no maintanance in houses. No earthing provided for electricity. All the houses has seepage problem. Cracks exists on many parts of house. <br/>Plz visit once before purchase a house in this colony.
