Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Gave quote for 1.5 ft x 2 ft sunpack printing and fraudulently delivered 1 ft x 1.5 ft with cheap quality. No response and does not return calls. Please do not order this service. It is fraud.
