I'm working as a seanior editor in one of the prominent news chanelnel. I have stayed in the said accomodation number of times in connection with my job. Each time, i have met good friends in the hostel including medical officers, administration staff, engineers, bank staff and staff personel from reputed organizations. The hostel administration is having very good standard. The premises are neat and clean. Customer service is excellent, attittude towards inmates is friendly and polite. Common areas are equipped with CCTV which is necessary. This is to make it clear that all the allegations raised by Seena Sibin is purely intended to harass the accommodation and its management. Her review is misleading, false and fabricated. This accommodation definitely deserves 5 star rating.

The owner Francis is a flirt.he is an idiot man.he very cheap behaviour for girls.i have bad experience in this hostel.he fitted camera on around the house and also he fitted camera inside the kitchen and hidden camera fitted inside the rooms.this reason for me and my frnds is vacated in this hostel.Francis is very big flirt.he interested in all girls.he very bad man.his mind is only girls.i request for all girls plz you not going his hostel.this is a very bad hostel and very bad owner.

Seena, D/o Shaji Michael, SN Park Road, Poothole, Thrissur 680004 who was then working at Aswathi Associates, Chungam Tower, Kanjany Road was expelled from the accommodation due to her non standard behaviour within few days after admission. On verification, details submitted by the candidate at the time of admission were found false. Character and conduct while staying in the accommodation was not acceptable. Caused wilful physical damage to the property. Abused and harassed the management and institution.
