My husband and I enrolled in this gym in 2014. The reason why we came here was because it was close to our house in Kondapur. The gym manger convinced us to take a membership with them instead of the monthly payment option. We informed them that we have a transferable job and may have to move out of the city any time. He however convinced us that the apart from one month of the fess, the gym would refund us the fees for the balance months and they would take the headache of transferring the membership to other gym customers likewise. Having been convinced we took the membership for a year. In a year’s time, we found that the gym is poorly maintained, ac doesn’t work most of the time, gym equipment are not well maintained, treadmills don’t work properly and even if you complain they don’t do anything about it.
