Not a reliable dealer. Most of the curtain rod holders connected in my house are having a weak base. At the time of connecting when I told the person he replied me this is ok. After only 10 days teh base came out. when I checked the base the screw was not fixed properly. I took that holder and went to the dealer he told me "this is not our product.. we used to take this product 1 year back so by no chance we can sell this. I told them you have fixed this just 1 week before. He refuse to change the base for the faulty holder." So don't go for this dealer, you will get cheated for just Rs 20 to Rs 50 products. I have given 1 star rating as there is no option for negative rating.
