Well, I have been registering my daughter for Spellbee International exams since she was in Nursery, now she is in 2nd standard. I have registered for the National level Exam scheduled on 15th April but havent received the study material as yet. On enquiring, the staff was clueless and not ready to answer my query. Also, no solution was provided. I asked them to at least send a soft copy on my registered email id but they refused. Very laid back and casual attitude of staff. How is a student supposed to study without any study material provided. Thanks to one of my friends' - she has sent me the scanned copy of the book which ideally, the Spellbee staff should have done. I will think twice before enrolling my daughter next year. Gaurangi Shyam
