Sri Geetha Enterprises Alwal Hyderabad

A Luminious 2KVA inverter was purchased by me from this dealer at a cost of Rs34200. They delivered and installed the inverter in a good manner. They rendered timely and prompt service which made me happy with my purchase.

We have ordered a CG inverter with branded maintenance-free batteries 3 months ago and the inverter is delivered with wrong batteries. Believing Sri Geetha Enterprises' words that the batteries will be delivered very shortly, the biggest mistake I did was releasing the payment and thats all. Day after day, call after call, week after week and 3 months rolled over and finally the branded batteries have been delivered. But, these are not maintenance-free batteries and not the ones I ordered. The delivered batteries are used in automotives and not atall for inverter. Upon enquiring, Mr.Sampath of Sri Geetha started lying that the batteries I ordered will not be manufactured atall. I called the battery manufacturer and confirmed that those batteries are manufactured and are readily available for sale. After this, Mr.Sampath of Sri Geetha Enterprises said that, even though these batteries are manufactured and available, I'll have to pay more to get them. Complete cheating and non-professional behaviour. I'm sure most of the positive responses here in just dial for Sri Geetha are paid ones or the ones made by personell of Sri Geetha Enterprises. My sincere advise to anyone who thinks of buying anything from Sri Geetha Enterprises is "Best to stay away. Else get everything delivered, make sure you are happy and then only release the payment, but always be prepared to counter their lies". These are the worst people I've dealt with. I'M NOT A COMPETITOR TO SRI GEETHA TO WRITE SUCH A REVIEW. I HAD BEEN AN CUSTOMER AND WILL MAKE SURE WILL NOT BE ANYTIME IN FUTURE.
