The technician fixed the problem with my LG oven which was having a problem. He explained what was wrong clearly, showed me the problem within the oven as well as showing me how he verified the fix.  He provided me with information on how to prevent this problem in the future, didn't make an additional repair that wasn't necessary and charged me 150 which was a reasonable fee for the work.  I was happy enough that i left him a tip out of gratitude.

Encountered an issue in my Samsung washing machine so rectified the issue through this service provider. The service was fabulous and proper and they solved the issue on the same day and they charged me 3500 which was little high. Otherwise I am satisfied with the service.

Took a decent amount of time and work done as expected for this service center. He was polite and professional. I paid Rs 1850 for this service. The service wise it was good. I am satisfied and happy with the service.
