I have purchased some plastic chairs and electronic goods very recently. Because of some financial purposes, requested the shop manager to issue the Purchase Order / Quotation for the goods to be purchased. Unnecessarily, they were asking me to come to shop and after many follow-ups, said that they will collect 5% tax for getting the purchase order as per their auditors advise. It's all ruthless and maintaining the customer relationship in very bad aspect and there is no such rule in government for the tax collection in the purchase order. Really I regret of their service and nonsupportive of the customer relationship
