Totally unprofessional behavior. Even though you take an appointment for specialists, they don't show up on time and they have their so called arrogance. Had an appointment with Dr. Rajesh, MD and once we had to to cancel and second time he went on rounds at the same time and asked to wait for an hour.... they don't care at all about patients.

Hello,<br/><br/>I haven't seen such stupid people.<br/>I booked an appointment for ortho for 12 jul 5:30 pm.<br/>While I was booking appointment the receptionist is ready to give me appointment even for 5 pm. I asked for 5:30 though. <br/>I reached sharp 5:32 inspite of bangalore traffic conditions. The receptionist tells me doctor is on the way. <br/>I waited for another 15 min and inquired again she told another 10 mins, <br/><br/>This was not acceptable I asked the doctor is coming from where, got to know from kanakapura road and that too doctor comes on call which means that once patient are in then they will contact doctor to come (HOW STUPID). <br/><br/>Already I had a leg sprain. One can't hang the feet for tha t long. <br/><br/>Please re-confirm your appointment and availability of doctors before going . <br/><br/>Highly disappointing behaviour. <br/>So called hospital but no hospitality towards the patient.<br/><br/> Simply MORONS .
