Very poor service. This shop is run by servants they don’t know how to talk to customers. Even if the furniture is under warranty they dont come to your place. You have to take your furniture to there shop. All expenses you have to bear even if its under warranty

I ordered a New C Model sofa on Feb 20th 2016 after visiting their stall in the Nampally grounds exhibition. Paid advance and they promised everything would be made perfect. They promised to deliver the sofa in 20-25 days but after numerous follow ups , I received call to check the sofa after 45 days. Went to Sanath nagar factory and saw that polish was no up to the mark and there were dents in the legs and scratches on the arms. I was not satisfied with the finish and asked the incharge to correct the mistake. The incharge was very rude and asked me to check the display piece and said they would not change anything. I went to the showroom to complain, GRRao, ( mama ) was empathically listened to my complaints and called up his boss. Its been 8 days since I asked them to correct the polish, dents and cracks in the joints. Today, I followed up and received call from Mr. Pradeep. He was the rudest person I have spoken with.
