Water Heater (Geyser) Repair

I have planned to install the water heater, I call this service provider only for Installation, The service provider couldn't able to fix that water heater, That is complicated to the service provider, They tried a lot to fix my Venus brand heater, I have paid 800 for this overall charges, 600 for fitting spare parts, and 200 for his charges, But the work was not completed, I am okay with his effort and his response......
