Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Horrible service. I hired innova for ten days from Tirupati to Trivandrum. Every thing was wrong with their service from sending the car on time and sending a good driver. I and my international guests missed all the sites i was supposed to visit in chennai and mahabalipuram because car was sent 4 hours late on the first day itself. I requested some compensation but he denied it outright. The driver didn’t speak a word of English or Hindi. Only telugu. Despite making it absolutely clear with the company weeks earlier. Terrible driving too. It was very Jerky he was dreamer and mostly on the phone while driving. So one hand driving. One day i reminded him literally 10 times not to over speed. As if that is not enough the owner was demanding i pay the remaining amount within the third day and even threatened to call back the car leaving us stranded. By the name of their company Vijayalaxmi i thought they would have some honesty. But all in vain. They have no regard for customers rights.
