HE IS A CHEAT , A ROBBER AND A FRAUD. DONT GIVE ANY MONEY TO HIM FOR BOOKING TICKETS .HE WILL SWALLOW ALL THE MONEY AND YOU HAVE TO VISIT POLICE STATION FOR GETTING BACK YOUR MONEY. IF YOU HAVE LOT OF TIME AND MONEY AND FREE LAWYER YOU CAN GO WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENT

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

Very poor service, I had requested them for passport renewal a since one month, they do not respond to calls and do not finish the task. i have asked them to return the passport so i can use another agent. they tell you they will finish it immediately but they dont. One star is being generous. Even my aadhaar update they took 2 weeks, then i did it myself

Hi All !! Beware of this agent. There will be no response from their end once they receive the payment from us. Very poor customer service and communication is zero. They will make us wait till the last minute of our travel time without sharing any details of our travel. Incase you call them for an update on your journey, they will keep saying, you will receive it in half an hour, one hour and they will neither not respond nor even pick up our call. I request all of you to NOT go to this travel agent for any booking.
