Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I have taken an AMC from them for a period of 3 year. The tele calling executiives are extremely ignorant and inefficient towards the complaints and repeatedly failed in providing timely services. I have to call 15 to 20 times against one complaint bacause each time the allocated technician denies to come and I have to inform the service centre again and again. It takes unnecessary time of calling and the work is done after 3 - 4 days. This has happened 2nd time in a row and I am fed up of them. I had registered my complaint yesterday and have called them (including their technicians) 11 times till today but they do not bother and still denied to send someone today.

I have an AMC contract with sun services Nager Bazar. Extremely dissatisfied with their services . The quality of staffs are so bad. Specially the one at their office. Such rude and ill mannered . They never provide service on time even after repeated calls they don?t bother.

Renewed amc a month back. Representative sukanta das changed all the filters. But still getting salty water. After calling thrice.. picked up the call saying unable to provide any sort of help as he is on leave. Also unable to provide managers number or anyone else number who could provide support when he is on leave. Sun services phone numbers provided on the receipt are switched off since yesterday. Helpless after getting amc from them

Livpure ro+uv water purifier was bought from this dealer.cost was 11000. They have given warranty period. The sales person showed me the different model and explained its salient features. Out of it, I choose this one. Glad to purchase from this vendor
