Actually my samsung tv was having some problem, so I called this Sunbeam Electronic which is in Kodungaiyur, Chennai .they send one technician and he came where he throughly checked and found motherboard was having a problem.so he took it separately which has to be replaced.i paid 345 as service charge .when he replaced the motherboard , he told that the motherboard charge will be done separately .two weeks has gone,but still no response from them.better service
