Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I bought furniture worth rs. 2.6 lacs from this guy (Navin Jain from Sunrise furniture) and I am totally disappointed with his attitude and quality of work. He promises everything while taking order but later makes furniture as per his wish and give various reasons for changes. In my case I faced following issues : i)delivery after 3.5 mnths ii)sliding wardrobes were promised but could not make it iii)had to pay 7000 for home delivery iv) had to pay 1500 for assembly as he did not agree to assemble v) had to accept the material and pay total amount without inspection v) sofa and dining table chairs design gone totally wrong v) termite in wood within one week vi) had tp pay 10000 extra for sofa fabric as promised fabric was refused. vii) had to make furniture as per his choice just not to loose 50% advance paid viii) poor communication and doesnt understand what we say (may it be english or hindi).I lost lot of money and kept some material for resale. pls avoid him if possible. Worst

We had a requirement of a dining table with 6 chairs and were looking for an option with good quality and design supported with budgeted price. It is then we came across Naveen Jain from Sunrise Furniture. He helped us with plenty of design options to select from. We were in awe, when the delivery was made well before the scheduled time of 2 weeks. Furnitures looked exactly the same as it looked in images he shared. I highly recommend his service to my contact spheres

Very well sarvies & quality super because purchase one queen size bed order but few days my wife required semi king size bed then we are requested sunrise furniture owner but our order furniture ready but owner convert in semi king size or sending our address or remove packing material then check looks very good & very havy material.

Fraud company. Delivers broken furniture. And will neither replace furniture and return money. Save your time and money from this fraud and cheater
