Awesome service provider. Charges are also decent enough. They even managed to provide service even during this pandemic, where no other service providers are willing to work. Truly, very much thankful for their immense help and immediate service.

Worst service from Superrior aqua service, No.91/B, Hemanta Mukherjee Road, Behala, Kolkata - 700060, RO filter serviceman Mr. Aninmesh Biswas the booking was which done by Sulekha.com on 22 January 2020. He visited our residence on 24 January 2020 and changed our water purifier's RO membrane cartridge for which he charged Rs 1750, but he did not show my parents which company membrane he was fitting, the plastic wrapper of the membrane mentioned nothing regarding Company's Name as well as ISI mark. Also, the second apparatus which he changed called as SV for which he charged Rs 450 was not in any package showing Company's mark or ISI mark, he took the SV from a cotton bag containing other spare parts of filters, probably it was old and used one. In total, he took Rs 2450 including service charge from us for water filter repair. Also, when it was asked to him regarding the details of the parts which he was fitting to our purifier he did not show us any brand or company name or ISI mark instead he got furious. Further, he took one of our crow pliers worth Rs 355 which were given by us to him for his assistance and never returned the pliers instead he denied regarding taking the crow pliers.

Good service and knowledgeable person

Animesh Biswas came to fix my livepure water purifier. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the service he provided. He told us that livepure ARO is not available anywhere, so he is installing the Aquaguard ARO. After he changed everything, we saw that he has not attached one of the screws and for that reason, water kept leaking from one side. Also, the taste of the water had changed abruptly and the colour of the rice (which we cook using filter water) has turned yellow. We called him again to fix that. This time he gave us all sorts of information about the filter membrane, and if he increases the value, we will get our desired taste, but for that we have to sign a bond. We agreed nevertheless. That day, while changing the membrane, he disrupted the touchscreen of the water filter, for which we had to call him again. After all that, when we still didn't get the desired result, we called our previous service provider. He checked the filter and found out that Animesh had installed an used ARO from a local brand (with the barcodes all smudged), and also he has not connected the UV. He also showed us the original livepure ARO and informed us that they are available everywhere. I would request everyone to be aware of this person and check the items that he is installing. He will give you all sorts of knowledge about water filters, just to prove to you that he knows everything. But from what I saw, he is the worst service provider ever. We wasted approx. 2600 INR for such poor service. I would have given him a zero rating, if that was possible.
