Unprofessional Behavior, Charged Without Providing Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I paid for the battery of my laptop but its been 4 months and he has not given me the battery yet. Whenever I call he keeps saying he will bring it the next day and keeps delaying

Average service got from System Care, Barrackpore Kolkata. My laptop having a display and keyboard issue, So I approached this service centre. They came and done the service and they replaced the Display and keyboard but the 2 keys are not working and they came very late and the customers handling was not good. They have charged me 3600 for that service. Overall I got an average service from this service centre.

Excellent service!!! Took the software installation service for my Dell Desktop from System Care, Barrackpore. Service person came and installed Windows 7. He was professional and I am happy with the service.
